We are a hands-on company with close relationships to our tenant-customers.KDC also works for outside clients on a fee basis, typically to acquire real property, to determine the best re-use, to manage the design and approval processes and to construct or reconstruct the desired end product. This usually involves the completion of financing for the project, dealing with a client’s lender to complete the loan commitment and the loan closing.
